To make a Woodland Skills course booking

please email us with details of the course and how many places you would like to book.

We will then confirm that the course is running and that we have sufficient spaces for your booking.

Attached to this email you will find a course booking form, the appropriate medical forms and information regarding methods of payment.

The completed forms can then either be returned to us by email and fees paid directly into our account,
or
posted back to us along with a cheque as payment.

On receipt of full payment, booking forms and medical form we will confirm your place by email along with detailed directions on how to find us.

Terms and Conditions - Course booking information

Please note: Courses need an mininum of 8 booked places to run as set out in section 11 of the terms and conditions.

Our Courses can be booked on a private/bespoke basis on a date of your choosing. Ideal as a gift or a great day out for friends!

Please Note: This is our contract with you. Refer to Terms and Conditions for information pertaining to refunds and cancellations. You are agreeing to these terms when you make a booking and the funds for payment have cleared in Woodland Skills account.

All future correspondence by Woodland Skills will be conducted by email unless otherwise requested on the Booking Form. Please ensure you have included a current email address and that Hotmail accounts are not full.

Detailed information including directions on how to find us will be EMAILED to you at least 4 weeks before the course start date.

Course places are limited and will not be confirmed or held until a deposit of £100 or full payment has been received and cleared in our account. Then we will email you a confirmation of your booking. Please note receipts are not issued unless requested.

All confirmed Bookings are Non refundable or transferable as per the Terms and Conditions. We are however happy to arrange substitutions if you are unable to attend and re-book you on another equally priced course where available. It is your responsibility to seek insurance in case of your being unable to attend a course for what ever reason.

In exceptional circumstances Woodland Skills reserves the right to cancel any course, for what ever reason without further liability. See Terms and Conditions. If you pay for a course that is over subscribed any monies received by Woodland Skills will be refunded in full.
