10.00 am The wood- Introductory walk in the woods, tree identification, selection of materials and the importance of managed woodland.
11.00 am Maintenance and Safe use of Green Woodwork tools
12.00pm Lunch
1.00 pm Practical experience - use of pole lathe and shave horse
4.30pm Departures
 
Day 2: 9.30am - 4.30 pm
9.30 am Arrivals and recap
10.00 am Practical experience – Small project design, applying learnt techniques.
