This workshop teaches you the technique of the versatile fruit/cheese tray from Catalonia in N.E Spain. Learn how to create the woven ring to which you then add a variety of coloured willow sticks to make this unusual and very attractive tray.

There will be regular breaks throught the day to allow us to review the information and techniques. A woodland lunch and snacks will be provided.
